Team Roles & First Tasks

During the unofficial first week of the project during Easter break and after deciding to go with the balcony concert idea, the next step was selecting team roles and dividing up the pre-production tasks.

Edoardo was Director. He developed the concept that Tequila pitched into a more fully realised structure and had ideas about the look of rendering in Unreal, (which also meant he was CG supervisor).

Nickoel was Producer. She had already began organising everyone during the week of pitching ideas and lead to being the producer.

Storyboarding would be handled by Tequila Mason and Paloma Zhu. Paloma is also the editor and in charge of sound design.

Eilin was in charge of lighting.

Callum & Miko were to source props to dress up the Italian town environment.

As the project progressed through production and post-production, people's tasks and roles expanded to balance the team.
